LAC Membership Details

As a LAC Member, you will receive or have available to you all of the following.

Member Benefits

A LAC Member ID Card proudly displaying your affiliation and allowing entrance to all posted LAC events.
Lock Combination for access to LAC property, pavilion, and practice range.
On Tuesday nights from January through March members can use the indoor range at Lancaster Archery Supply *.
Ability to join or compete in local, regional, PSAA (State) or NFAA, ASA, or IBO national organizations and competitions with fellow LAC members.

LAC's membership now has over 100 active archers and continues to grow every year. Members range in age from under ten to well into their twilight years. The experience that is shared among our members is priceless knowledge that you won't learn in a book. Children, ladies, and gentlemen shooters from all walks of life are part of our proud community of archery enthusiasts. Why not add your expertise to our ranks and join in on all the fun?

Club Rules

Rules & Regulations

    Club Identification must be readily available upon request.

    No alcoholic beverages on the course. Responsible use of alcohol in the pavilion area only. Any glass bottles must be taken back with you.

    Only officers are authorized to hunt the club property.
  4. 4
    Without officer approval, the removal and/or cutting of wood for firewood is forbidden.
  5. 5
    Broad heads to be shot at broad head sight-in targets only.
  6. 6
    Never shoot or walk the courses in reverse.
  7. 7
    If you must search for lost arrows on the course, someone should remain in the shooting lane, visible to other shooters. If you are alone, place your bow in front of the target. Wear visible clothing. When approaching a target be sure the area is clear of other shooters.

    The last person leaving the course should secure the lock on the chain gate.
  9. 9
    The range and field course are closed during work parties — NO Shooting. Regular work parties are held on Tuesday evenings and some Saturday mornings.

    NO shooting the field course during 3D shoots. The practice range can still be used.
  11. 11
    Members are permitted to invite a guest to the course once (other than paid events that are open to all shooters). Guest must sign the liability waiver. Membership will be required for subsequent use of the club's facilities.

    Use common sense to keep yourself and others safe. Irresponsible actions endanger everyone and can affect our reputation and relationship with our neighbors.

    Children should be supervised at all times.

    This is an archery club! Any other use of the property must be approved by the officers.

    Dogs must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.
⚠  Anyone not following the rules of the club is subject to be suspended or expelled.

The Lancaster Archery Shooting Center is located close by and features a state-of-the-art, 5,000 sq. ft. multi-function, indoor archery facility with 17 shooting lanes. The Shooting Center is managed by Lancaster Archery Supply, the largest archery-only pro shop & showroom.
